Overview
Catering Certificate II is a one-year certificate programme offered in the Department of Hospitality, Faculty of Applied Science and Technology. Teaching is in the Regular (morning) session.
It is hands-on from the first term and leads to a recognised certificate. It is also a recognised way in to a Higher National Diploma.
Entry Requirements
This is a two (2) year programme. Applicants must hold one of the following:
- Passes in relevant SSSCE/WASSCE/GBCE/GCE ‘O’ Level subjects; or
- An NVTI Grade II or a JHS Certificate with working experience.
