Solomon Kofi Okai is an ICT professional, network administrator, researcher, and technology enthusiast with extensive experience in information and communication technology infrastructure, network administration, systems support, and digital transformation initiatives.

He currently serves as a Senior ICT Assistant in the Network Unit of the ICT Directorate at Koforidua Technical University (KTU), where he is responsible for supporting and maintaining the University's network infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity, monitoring network performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing technology solutions that enhance teaching, learning, research, and administrative operations.

Prior to his current role, he worked as a Computer Laboratory Technician from 2015 to 2021, providing technical support and managing the computer laboratories of the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Built and Natural Environment. During this period, he was responsible for hardware and software maintenance, systems administration, and user support services for students and staff.

Solomon is passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems and improve organizational efficiency. His interests span emerging technologies, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, machine learning, networking, cloud computing, and digital transformation. He is committed to continuous professional development, innovation, and lifelong learning in the rapidly evolving technology landscape.
