Isaac Kwame Mensah is a cybersecurity and information technology professional and a Senior ICT Assistant at the ICT Directorate of Koforidua Technical University (KTU). He has professional experience spanning university ICT operations, software development, systems administration, networking, cybersecurity, digital forensics, and technical support.

He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology from Valley View University, and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computer Network Management from Koforidua Technical University. He has also undertaken professional training in cybersecurity, networking, routing and switching, and IT essentials.

At Koforidua Technical University, he supports the delivery and operation of ICT services across administrative and academic environments. His professional responsibilities include information systems support, software development, systems administration, network management, help-desk operations, cybersecurity support, infrastructure troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving. He contributes to the development and enhancement of the University's information systems using C# and .NET technologies, including the development of reports and operational modules, systems optimisation, application troubleshooting, and improvements to academic and administrative workflows. He also contributes to application security, access-control reviews, authentication and authorisation improvements, and other cybersecurity-related activities.
