
Isaac Essah Adu is a dedicated academic and emerging scholar in Visual Communication Design. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Education, Winneba, and an MPhil in Communication Design from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), where he is pursuing a PhD in Visual Communication Design.
As a young lecturer at Koforidua Technical University, within the Department of Fashion Design and Textiles, Isaac imparts knowledge in diverse areas including Anatomical Drawing, Motion Graphics, 2D Animation, Video Production, Creative Design, and Fashion Illustration among others. Inspired by a desire to promote originality and creativity in Design Education, his research and teaching concentrate on illustrations and developing design students’ competency skills.
Isaac has contributed to the field through his involvement in various prestigious design exhibitions across Ghana and has some academic publications to his credit. Isaac’s expertise and passion for Design Education, combined with his commitment to advancing the boundaries of Communication Design in theory and practice, make him a valuable asset to Ghana’s academic and creative communities, inspiring students and peers alike.
