Dr. Mrs. Frimpomah Baa-Poku is a Senior Lecturer at Koforidua Technical University with expertise in environmental science, natural resource management, and biodiversity conservation. She is actively engaged in teaching, research, student supervision, and community service, contributing to the University's mission of academic excellence and sustainable development.

Her academic and professional work focuses on environmental management, water resources management, biodiversity conservation, and the sustainable utilisation and conservation of natural resources. Through her teaching and research activities, she seeks to promote sustainable environmental practices and contribute to solutions for contemporary environmental challenges.

Dr. Baa-Poku has also contributed to national and international development initiatives. She was a member of the team responsible for the development of curriculum and training manuals on Organic Waste Management under the Green Economy Ghana Project, sponsored by the European Union Emergency Trust Fund (EUTF) through ARCHIPELAGO. Her work has supported capacity building and sustainable waste management practices aimed at promoting a green economy.
