BTech Medical Laboratory Sci (Top-up)

BTech Medical Laboratory Sci (Top-up) is a two-year Bachelor of Technology programme offered in the Department of Medical Laboratory Technology, Faculty of Health and Allied Sciences. Teaching is in the Weekend session, so you can study without leaving your job.

If you already hold a Higher National Diploma in a related field, this route carries you through to a full Bachelor of Technology degree. It is timetabled around working hours, so you do not have to leave your job to finish the degree.

This is a top-up programme for applicants who already hold a Higher National Diploma or an equivalent qualification.

• HND graduates with the requisite specialisation enrol at Level 300.
• HND graduates with the requisite specialisation in Mechatronics enrol at Level 200.
• Applicants holding a University Diploma in the relevant subjects enrol at Level 300.
• Holders of an Ordinary Technical Diploma (OTD) enrol at Level 200.
