The Industrial Liaison Office (ILO) of Koforidua Technical University (KTU) wishes to inform all continuing students who have undertaken their Industrial Attachment that they are required to submit their Industrial Attachment Reports together with their Logbooks to the offices of their respective Heads of Department (HoDs).
According to the official directive, submissions must be made within two (2) weeks after the completion of the Industrial Attachment period, with the deadline falling on 16th October 2026.
Students are advised to disregard any previous or conflicting information regarding the submission of Industrial Attachment Reports and Logbooks that may have been communicated through other channels. This notice serves as the official communication on the matter.
The Industrial Liaison Office has further clarified that it has not issued any confidential assessment forms to students for the current Industrial Attachment period. Consequently, students should not attach or submit any assessment forms provided by their on-site supervisors along with their reports and logbooks.
All affected students are expected to comply fully with this directive to ensure a smooth assessment and record-keeping process.
