Mr Dennis Sedofia Trebarh is a legal and administrative professional with over 15 years of progressive experience in both public and private service. He currently serves as a Junior Assistant Registrar in the Legal Office of Koforidua Technical University, where he supports legal administrative processes, manages office assets, takes minutes, and contributes to the preparation of the legal office budget.
In addition to his core administrative duties, Dennis also doubles as a Part-Time Assistant Lecturer in the General Studies Department, where he teaches Business Law to students across various academic programmes.
Before joining the university in 2024, Dennis served as the Senior Administrative Manager and Head of Administration for the New Juaben South Municipal Health Directorate under the Ghana Health Service. In that capacity, he was responsible for managing administrative operations, coordinating stakeholder engagements, overseeing contracts and compliance, and ensuring efficient resource utilisation.
He also has extensive private-sector experience, having served as a Specialist in Land Lease Management at American Tower Corporation Ghana Ltd. (2011–2019), where he managed over 500 telecom site assets, maintained landlord relations, ensured regulatory compliance, and supported infrastructure development. His earlier roles include Site Acquisition Controller at MTN Ghana and Site Acquisition Officer at Zain Telecommunications, where he coordinated technical site surveys and managed regulatory approvals.
Dennis began his professional journey with national service at the Ghana Airports Company Ltd. (2007–2008), followed by a finance internship at the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority. His multi-sectoral experience reflects a career built on legal knowledge, public administration, asset management, and stakeholder coordination.
