- To apply, applicants must purchase an online admission voucher from any of the following banks nationwide: Ghana Commercial Bank, Agricultural Development Bank, Universal Merchant Bank, Fidelity Bank, Republic Bank, and Zenith Bank. Alternatively, applicants may use the mobile USSD short codes on all networks:
- Dial 776123# and enter KTU as the institution code. Select “Admission Forms” and proceed to purchase the admission voucher.
- Dial 9663*540#, select “KTU Forms,” and proceed to purchase the admission voucher.
- Ghanaian applicants are required to pay:
- Graduate (MTech and MSc) – Two Hundred and Twenty Ghana Cedis (GH¢220.00)
- Undergraduate and Non-Tertiary (Degree, HND, Diploma, and Certificate) – Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢200.00)

- After obtaining the admission voucher, applicants must apply online via the Koforidua Technical University application portal: https://applyonline.ktu.edu.gh
- Applicants will be required to upload passport-size photographs and result slips/certificates during the application process.
