Dr. Daniel Agyemfour-Agyemang Sarpong is an Internationally Certified Drug Addiction Psychologist and a Lecturer in the Department of Secretaryship and Management Studies. Dr. Sarpong has seven years of working experience in the treatment of drug addiction as well as thirteen years of working experience as Administrative Staff, and four years of Teaching experience.

Sarpong holds a Ph.D. in Organisational Leadership from KNUST, a Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education from University of Education, Winneba, an MA in Guidance and Counselling (Mental Health Option) from Methodist University Ghana, M.Phil in leadership awarded by University of Professional Studies, ICAP 1 from Global Centre for Credentialing Certification (GCCC), Sri Lanka, and BSc in Management Studies awarded by University of Cape Coast, and HND Sec and Management Studies awarded by Takoradi Technical University.

Currently, Dr. Sarpong is the Coordinator of the FBMS Organisational Development Consult under the Faculty of Business and Management Studies of Koforidua Technical University. He is a Youth Coach, Public Speaker, and an Addiction Advocate. Professionally, Dr. Daniel Agyemfour-Agyemang Sarpong is a Licensed Clinical Counselor and a member of the International Society of Substance Use Professionals, USA.

His general research interest areas include leadership, organizational politics, personality traits, well-being, work engagement, and workplace spirituality. He is also a reviewer for some international peer-reviewed journals.
