The HND programme is aimed at equipping students with the requisite knowledge and skills that would enable them to perform effectively in all areas of postharvest food management to ensure that food is produced in safe and stable forms for both the domestic and export markets to boost Ghana’s economy while improving Ghana’s food security situation.
