Professional Experience and Skills

Solomon began his professional journey as a Computer Lab Technician from 2015 to 2021, where he managed and maintained the Faculty of Engineering (FOE) and Faculty of Built and Natural Environment (FBNE) computer laboratories. In this role, he was responsible for ensuring system reliability, installing and upgrading hardware/software, and supporting students and faculty with technical needs.

Currently, as a Senior ICT Assistant within the Network Unit of the ICT Directorate, Solomon oversees campus-wide network operations including infrastructure configuration, diagnostics, and performance optimization. His combined experience in end-user support, network administration, and academic lab management makes him a well-rounded ICT professional committed to excellence and innovation in technology-driven environments.
