KTU Celebrates 67 Graduates at Second Short Courses Graduation Ceremony

The Short Courses and Training Unit of Koforidua Technical University (KTU) successfully held its Second Graduation Ceremony on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, to celebrate the achievements of participants who completed various short-course training programmes.

A total of sixty-seven (67) participants were awarded Certificates of Participation after successfully completing programmes across diverse professional fields. The courses offered included, but were not limited to, Phlebotomy Practice, Introduction to Cybersecurity, Fundamentals of Python Programming, Warehousing Management Operations and Safety, Cold Chain Logistics Management, Fundamentals of Taxation, Tax Administration in Ghana, Fashion Design and Textiles, and several other skill-oriented programmes.

The ceremony marked a significant milestone in KTU’s efforts to provide industry-relevant training aimed at enhancing professional competence and employability. Participants expressed profound gratitude, joy, and satisfaction with the knowledge and practical skills acquired during the training period. They particularly commended the experienced facilitators, interactive teaching methods, hands-on practical sessions, and the conducive learning environment provided by the University.

Graduates also encouraged members of the general public to take advantage of the numerous short-course training programmes organised by KTU, noting that the programmes offer valuable opportunities to enhance professional skills, upgrade competencies, and acquire new knowledge relevant to today’s evolving job market.
