It is announced for the information of the Koforidua Technical University Community, Alumni and the General Public that the 22nd Congregation Ceremony of the University for the award of Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) Degrees, Higher National Diplomas (HND) and Diplomas to persons who completed their programmes of study in 2025, has been scheduled for Saturday, December 20, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at the University’s Ceremonial Grounds.
Graduands who intend to be presented at the Congregation are to visit graduation.ktu.edu.gh to verify their names on the graduation list.
The Congregation fee is GH¢600.00 for B.Tech. Graduands and GH¢600.00 for HND and Diploma Graduands per person.
Payments are to be made through the KTUConnect Payment System at the following Banks: Agricultural Development Bank (ADB), GCB Bank PLC, Fidelity Bank and Universal Merchant Bank, or by using the Short Code *776*102# for all networks, on or before Wednesday, December 17, 2025.
The fee covers the cost of certificates, certificate holders, academic gowns and souvenirs.
Graduands who have paid the Congregation fees are expected to contact the Students’ Services Section for their gowns.
There will be mandatory rehearsals for all Graduands on Friday, December 19, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. at the Ceremonial Grounds.
All Graduands are to note that those who are unable to attend the Congregation Ceremony shall be required to pay the same amount before the collection of their certificates.
Please Note:
- Graduands who fail to return their gowns at the collection point by Tuesday, December 23, 2025, would be surcharged GH¢50.00 daily for each additional day after the deadline.
- Graduands who misplace their gowns would pay GH¢500 for the cost of the full gown set (hood, gown and cap). This payment must be made before the collection of certificates and any other academic documents.
