FBMS Organisational Development Consult
FBMS Organisational Development Consult (ODC) is a specialised unit within the Faculty of Business and Management Studies at Koforidua Technical University.
We bridge the gap between academic theory and practical application, providing tailored development programmes for both students and organisations.

To serve as a catalyst for transformative growth and innovation within the university and the wider business community in Ghana's Eastern Region.
Our Mission
