Francis is a Software Developer, Database Engineer and System Administrator in the ICT Directorate.
He is a software development team member at the ICT Directorate responsible for developing and training the University Staffs for the usage of software.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science as well as Higher National diploma in Computer science and Certificate in Data Science and Database for Engineers.
CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing software according to the university’s requirement.
- Design and Administer Database
- Testing software to fix errors, debug, upgrade, and find efficiencies of scale.
- Designing flowcharts and algorithms.
- Recommending improvements and innovative ideas.
- Recording findings for future maintenance.
- Collaborating with other computer specialists.
- Training staffs to operate applications.
- Emphasizing user feedback.
