- Managing the university’s website (Faculty, Institute, Directorates) which includes creating, updating, maintaining, and publishing news items and events as provided by the appropriate authority.
- Managing the official university Social Media Platforms
- Support to the Industrial Liaison Office in creating online industrial attachment letters, Assumption of duty online forms
- Creating and Managing Official staff email address
- Offering Online Support to students
