The Gender Mainstreaming Centre was established in March 2016 by the management of Koforidua Technical University (KTU) with support from the Commonwealth of Learning (COL), to address issues that pertain to gender inequality and harassment. It was also to ensure that gender equality is enshrined in all aspects of the institutional culture of the University and the Gender Mainstreaming Centre shall be recognized as an icon of gender mainstreaming in higher education. read more…
